Delete your account
When you delete your account, your profile, your prescriptions, family members, and previous orders and requests will be permanently removed.
How do I permanently delete my account?
You can directly go to the mobile application and immediately request to delete your account.
Just follow the instructions below:
1. Open Eckerds Pharmacy
2. Open the navigation menu and look for Settings and go to settings page
3. On Settings page, you will find Delete My Account. This requests and deletes your account upon confirmation.
4. Upon confirmation, your account and all the information linked to it will be permanently deleted and is not recoverable.
